Physical Therapist, Owner - Oregon City Director of Sports Medicine OutreachErnie Sturzinger, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC is a physical therapist and clinic owner/director of our ProActive-Oregon City location and the Director of our Athletic Training Program. Ernie received his undergraduate degree from George Fox University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University. Ernie is a certified athletic trainer and board certified orthopedic specialist. Ernie specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, TMJ/TMD dysfunction, work conditioning, and post-surgical care. He is a certified ASTYM practitioner and a board member for the Oregon Orthopedic Physical Therapy Study Group. Outside of his work as a physical therapist and athletic trainer, Ernie enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and traveling with his family.
Andy Goss, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer Head Athletic Trainer, Heritage High SchoolAndy grew up in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Education and Athletic Training. After graduation in 2000, Andy moved to the Pacific Northwest. He has worked with exclusively the secondary setting. He was involved with the Washington State Athletic Trainers’ Association support in developing and passing the “Lystedt Law” regarding education and management on sports related concussions. Andy enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kayla, and his two sons, Brady, and Riley.
Christopher Seul, ATC

Christopher received his Master's degree in Athletic Training from Weber State. He comes to ProActive with several years of experience as an NCAA strength and conditioning coach and high school athletic trainer. Outside of his work as an athletic trainer Christopher enjoys working out, camping, hiking, running, and working as a second class petty officer in the US Navy.
Zach Lyons, ATC

Zach Lyons, ATC is a certified athletic trainer working at Prairie High School in Vancouver, WA. He graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR with his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. Zach is now back in his hometown working as an athletic trainer. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, road trips, camping, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Bryan received his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Oregon State University. Outside of his work as an athletic trainer he enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and playing sports.
Anna Pengra, ATC

Anna graduated from Wayland Baptist University in Texas and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Sports Administration and Athletic Training. After graduation she stayed at Wayland working as an athletic trainer for the men's and women's track and field teams. In 2016 Anna received her Master's in Athletic Training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. While there, she worked in both the high school and college settings as well as in a sports rehabilitation facility. In her free time Anna enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. Anna is originally from the Pacific Northwest and is excited be be back.
Pamela Earl, ATC

Pamela is a Washington native and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Athletic Training. After graduating in 2015 she worked with Lakes High School in Tacoma, WA. She is a 2011 graduate of Evergreen High School and is excited to be back in her hometown. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing recreational sports in her free time.

Isabel Jones, ATC is an athletic trainer working at Canby High School. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. Isabel loves being an athletic trainer and building a positive rapport with all of her athletes and coaches. She takes pride in providing the highest quality of care to the athletes at Canby High School. Outside of her work as an athletic trainer, Isabel enjoys playing tennis, working out, watching sports, and hanging out with her golden retriever.
