Ernie Sturzinger, PT, DPT, ATC
Physical Therapist, Owner - Oregon City Director of Sports Medicine OutreachErnie Sturzinger, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC is a physical therapist and clinic owner/director of our ProActive-Oregon City location and the Director of our Athletic Training Program. Ernie received his undergraduate degree from George Fox University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University. Ernie is a certified athletic trainer and board certified orthopedic specialist. Ernie specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, TMJ/TMD dysfunction, work conditioning, and post-surgical care. He is a certified ASTYM practitioner and a board member for the Oregon Orthopedic Physical Therapy Study Group. Outside of his work as a physical therapist and athletic trainer, Ernie enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and traveling with his family.
Adrian Cagigas, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer Head Athletic Trainer, Evergreen High SchoolAdrian Cagigas is the Head Athletic Trainer for Evergreen High School where he provides athletic training services for Proactive Physical Therapy. He completed his Bachelor's of Science for Humboldt State University and holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. Previously Adrian was the Director of Athletic Training for TEAM Clinic in Santa Clara, CA. He provided personal training and rehabilitation for patients, members of the 2003 MLS Champion San Jose Earthquakes, various professional triathletes, and professional cyclists appearing in the 2004 Olympic Trials. Prior to TEAM Clinic, Adrian served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA where his primary responsibilities included management, rehabilitation, and prevention of athletic injuries for football, women's gymnastics, and softball. An avid athlete himself Adrian participated and lettered in football, soccer and baseball at Damien High School in La Verne, CA. Adrian was fortunate enough to go on and play NCAA 2 Intercollegiate soccer at Humboldt State University for three seasons. In his off time Adrian enjoys fishing, music, and the outdoors.
Andy Goss, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer Head Athletic Trainer, Heritage High SchoolAndy grew up in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Education and Athletic Training. After graduation in 2000, Andy moved to the Pacific Northwest. He has worked with exclusively the secondary setting. He was involved with the Washington State Athletic Trainers’ Association support in developing and passing the “Lystedt Law” regarding education and management on sports related concussions. Andy enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kayla, and his two sons, Brady, and Riley.
Amy Lepire, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer Head Athletic Trainer, Oregon City High SchoolAmy Lepire, ATC, grew up in Aurora, OR and graduated from Noth Marion High School with honors in 2009. She graduated from George Fox University with honors in 2013 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. She is now the Head Athletic Trainer for Oregon City High School. Amy is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the Oregon Athletic Trainers Society. Amy enjoys playing softball, kayaking, hiking, running and other outside activities as well as spending time with family and friends.
Zach Lyons, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer Head Athletic Trainer, Prairie High SchoolZach Lyons, ATC is a certified athletic trainer working at Prairie High School in Vancouver, WA. He graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR with his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. Zach is now back in his hometown working as an athletic trainer. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, road trips, camping, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Kelcey grew up in Battle Ground, Washington where she played volleyball and ran track at BGHS. In her free time, Kelcey enjoys reading, baking, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of Vermont. Hailing from Burlington, Vermont this will be her first year working at Hockinson High School. While attending UVM, Eilish was involved with dance team as well as the Student Athletic Medicine Society. She enjoys singing, acting, dancing, performing circus, playing sports, as well as hanging out with friends and family.
