Physcial Therapist, Clinic Director

Tyler Bohnet, PT is a physical therapist and clinic director of our ProActive – Canby clinic. He received his undergraduate and Master of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Louis University.

Tyler has been a physical therapist at our Canby location since it’s opening in 2002. He enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions. Tyler is currently pursuing his certification in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Outside of his work as a physical therapist, Tyler enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and most of all, spending time with his wife and two wonderful children.

Jessie Roberts, PTJessie Roberts, PT

Physical Therapist

Jessie Roberts, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at our ProActive – Canby clinic. She received her undergraduate degree from Western Oregon University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University.

Jessie enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries. Her areas of interest include manual therapy, myofascial release, and strain/counterstrain. Outside of her work as a physical therapist, she enjoys weightlifting, playing sports, snowmobiling, and living in the country with her husband and two children.

Leslie Podmore, PT, DPTLeslie Podmore, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Leslie Podmore, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at our ProActive-Canby clinic. She received her undergraduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY.

Leslie’s passion is treating and rehabilitating clients who have a broad spectrum of orthopedic impairments. Outside of her work as a physical therapist, Leslie skis, runs, plays soccer, and enjoys life on the west coast with her boyfriend and their German short haired pointer puppy!

Carl Mason, ATCCarl Mason, ATC

Head Athletic Trainer, Canby High School

Carl graduated from George Fox University in 2013 with his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree. Carl was a collegiate baseball player at George Fox and still loves to play the game. He plays pick up baseball on the weekends with a summer league. He also works at a gym as a personal trainer on the side. He has a passion for helping people and wants to see the best in everyone.
