Tyler Bohnet, PT is a physical therapist and clinic director of our ProActive – Canby clinic. He received both his undergraduate and Master of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Louis University. Tyler has been a physical therapist in our Canby location since it’s opening in 2002. His areas of interest include treating extremity and spinal orthopedic conditions, work injuries, athletic injuries, chronic pain, balance disorders, and and fall prevention. Outside of work as a physical therapist, Tyler enjoys camping, hiking, gardening and spending time with his wife and children.
Michelle Beauchene, PT, DPT
Michelle Beauchene, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at our ProActive – Canby location. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona.Michelle enjoys treating and rehabilitating clients who have a broad spectrum of orthopedic impairments. Her areas of interest include aquatic therapy and general orthopedics. Outside of her work as a physical therapist, Michelle enjoys road biking, running, and backpacking.
Rebecca Nelson, PT, DPT
Rebecca Nelson, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at our ProActive – Canby location. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees (double majored) in Psychology and Family Studies & Human Development at the University of Arizona and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University. Rebecca’s areas of interest include running analysis and orthopedics. Her practice philosophy emphasizes therapeutic exercise and functional movement. Outside of her work as a physical therapist, Rebecca enjoys volleyball and running. While at the University of Arizona she participated in the 400m hurdles as a member of the women’s intercollegiate track team.
Vanessa Gray, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Vanessa Gray, PTA is a physical therapist assistant at our ProActive – Canby Clinic. She completed her Associate of Applied Science degree at Mt. Hood Community College. Vanessa has been working in outpatient orthopedics since 2008 and enjoys helping people get back to their activities and sports after injuries. Her areas of interest include general orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Outside of her work as a physical therapist assistant, Vanessa enjoys time with her two daughters outdoors camping and hiking. Vanessa was a competitive figure skater when she was younger and now enjoys spending time at the gym weight lifting.
Isabel Jones, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer
Head Athletic Trainer, Canby High School
Isabel Jones, ATC is an athletic trainer working at Canby High School. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. Isabel loves being an athletic trainer and building a positive rapport with all of her athletes and coaches. She takes pride in providing the highest quality of care to the athletes at Canby High School. Outside of her work as an athletic trainer, Isabel enjoys playing tennis, working out, watching sports, and hanging out with her golden retriever.
