Hire Athletic Trainers for Your Sports Event
ProActive provides certified athletic trainers to 7 local high school and college athletic programs throughout the Portland metropolitan area. ProActive athletic trainers in the local high schools and colleges provide sports medicine coverage to practices and games as well as work on preventing, treating and implementing rehabilitation programs in the colleges and high schools they serve. Our ATCs work collaboratively as a team with local physicians and ProActive Physical Therapists to ensure the athlete's return to play as quick a possible.
ProActive's certified Athletic Trainers are available for hire to provide highly skilled injury management services for your next sporting event. Our ATCs are highly skilled in the prevention, emergency care, assessment, and management of sports injuries and illnesses. Each trainer holds current CPR certification.
Services available include:
- Preventive Taping
- First Aid/Emergency Care
- Emergency Action Plan for Your Venue
- Recommendations for Follow-Up Care
- General Athletic Injury/Health Information
The Cost
Fee for this service is $60/hour, per Athletic Trainer, and includes wage, first aid supplies, and emergency action plan for the venue. Final invoice will be sent within 2 weeks following the event.
Schedule
- Contact Larry Krout @ (503) 740-8847 to schedule your event for coverage with ProActive's athletic trainers. We request two months notice for best opportunity to staff upcoming events; however staff may be available on shorter notice.
- Please provide two weeks notice for any changes to your event, in order to adjust staff schedules without penalty.
